DealSponsor ("the Service") is a software workspace that helps a land-use sponsor organize a parcel's regulatory feasibility into a structured framework of advisory "gates," draft memos, schedules, and budget templates. Everything the Service produces is a concept exhibit. County and state regulatory specifics are presented as Tier-D — UNVERIFIED until you confirm them against the controlling code, the county, and licensed professionals.
The Service is not legal, engineering, surveying, securities, tax, or investment advice, and using it does not create any professional-client relationship. It does not produce stamped or recordable maps or engineered designs — a licensed PE/PLS does that. It does not value property and does not mint dollar figures as fact; budget fields are templates you fill with your own data. Do not rely on any output as a basis for a transaction without independent professional verification.
The free tier stores deals in your browser. You agree to use the Service lawfully, not to upload unlawful, infringing, or confidential third-party content, and not to misrepresent the Service's concept outputs as verified, professional, or final work product. You are responsible for content you publish via any sharing feature.
Premium is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe at the rate shown at checkout (founding rate may differ from standard). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See the Refund & Cancellation policy. We do not store your card details; Stripe processes all payments.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrategySI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on a concept exhibit. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
