1. What we collect
Deals you create: stored in your own browser (localStorage) on the free tier — not transmitted to us unless you choose to publish or export.
Email (opt-in): if you unlock the free brief or create an account, we store your email to deliver the brief and, with your opt-in, product updates.
Payment: processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and your email for entitlement; we never see or store your card number.
Basic technical logs (via Cloudflare) for security and reliability.
2. Why we use it
To provide the Service, deliver the brief, fulfill and verify your subscription (entitlement), respond to you, and — with your opt-in — send product updates. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Processors
We rely on: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN and a key-value store for entitlement and opt-in leads), and an email/CRM provider for updates. Each processes data on our behalf under their terms.
4. Your choices
You can unsubscribe from updates at any time, request access to or deletion of your email-linked data by contacting us, and clear browser-stored deals yourself at any time. We honor applicable rights (including CCPA/GDPR where they apply).
5. Retention & security
We keep opt-in and entitlement data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and apply reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
